LC Dev Site

in a way, its kinda nice having a break from the dev site now that its down.  If I was at a computer, I was on it.. so I'd be on it at work, and then when I got home.. ( the same goes for the other folk working on it too)

just as a run down of what we're facing...

the database gets currpted everyday, after the mysql logs fill up the entire harddrive, and something creates an infinate loop in the software, which spikes the CPU (central processing unit, basically the brain) and the database needs to be shut down..

we have our suspicions for what might be causing this, so we had to take the test site offline while we check some things out.

we have to be VERY sure of whats causing it.. not just bandaid the problem, because if it happens on the hosting server, we could currupt the entire server and lose our hosting (as well as all the content on the site) 

it'll be well worth the wait when the updated site goes live, we've all put in countless hours, lost countless hours of sleep, battled amongst ourselves over everything, but the site is FANTASTIC!!!  so many great features and enhancements to the current site.  I know people will love it!

my personal fav new features are the chatrooms and buddylist instant messenger..
