In Need of Drupal Development Help and Expertise

x-posted to my blog on this site: http://londoncommons.net/node/4919

Hello everyone,

Last spring, I took the plunge into working with drupal for my online sites that I maintain and I've come to the conclusion that I'm now at a point where I desperately need help and guidance while working with this very complex, but uber useful system.

Two of the three sites which I maintain are based on the drupal platform and the other is just a simple blogger site.

Drupal:

Blogger

I'm moderately impressed with my ability to operate the blogger site, but I'm absolutely discouraged with my ability to use drupal.  So, I guess what I'm asking for is a little help with the top two sites which are drupal based.  I don't have anything immediately to offer in exchange for any work that you may do for those sites aside from the satisfaction of knowing that you helped out those specific organizations.

Free advice, anyway...

Hi Joshua --

Yes, given more info on what your intention is for each site, I also may be able to point you to some help, or even help to solve a specific problem. (I've recently developed a mid-sized Drupal site, and have probably run into many of the same bumps you have hit.)

While I can't join your dev team -- due to the usual commitment overload -- I'll be glad to help with advice or tips if I can.
