Bicycle Trailer

Does anyone know how to build a bicycle trailer?  I've got blueprints of how to build one out of old bicycles and was wondering if anyone has built one before or has the resources to weld pieces together?  This needs to be 75 words in length so the rest of this is pure hogwash.  Actually, I'm just going to cut and paste this again.

If Tom is still into it, which I'm sure he is, he would probably be able to help you out. he has built some sweet trailers in the past. not to mention his latest creation, the Chopstrocity.

Tom also helped a few friends with some welding and did a great job for a really good price.
