I too am a remote neural monitoring prisoner.  Please see the attached letter sent to Oprah Winfrey and EFF. 

After reading it, respond and tell me how this man is able to do it.  I know he has the funds to buy this eqpmt.or could he have tapped into the NSA's satellite somehow?

Dear EFF:

Oprah I have the most bizarre story of a conspiracy of silence that surpasses any in history or you’ve ever seen in a television movie. My civil liberties, human and privacy rights are being violated each and everyday for over a year. I am the victim of a very elaborate plot in the city of Memphis,TN where my personal and private life is completely exposed and my privacy invaded. What's more my thoughts can be heard. I know this sounds unbelievable, but I would not lie or fabricate the truth about something that I so desperately need your help with. You know in this day of technology anything is possible. I call it a conspiracy of silence, because like the movie everything being done is completely “UNTRACEABLE"; however it can be confirmed by anyone in Memphis and since it’s a national phenomenon.  I believe T.D. Jakes is aware of it. I have a male enemy who is a sociopath with enormous financial means. He is very manipulative, malicious and technologically inclined. He's what you would call a new breed of abuser that does his dirt beneath the radar. He is capable with the use of “Remote Neural Monitoring” (RNM) to track my every move in real time. My GSM (GPS technology) cell phone is tapped, and anyone that wants to listen in on my life, thoughts and phone conversations can. He's also made wireless ear pieces accessible to anyone that wants to spy as an alternative to them using their cell phones. He's also using a Digital Angel type technology that allows him to move any muscle in my body. Oprah, with all this high tech equipment this means he can see me wipe my behind in the bathroom and whether I wiped front to back. The RNM technology enables him to place very aggressive, negative, lewd, vulgar thoughts and mean epithets in my mind without me being aware of it. He especially does this when I’m in close proximity to someone, which offends that person, because they can hear my thoughts. He also scrambles my thoughts where I have to struggle through the negative to have a normal positive thought. Once I form it, he then twists it to make it negative. Although I’ve pleaded with my audience on numerous occasions to believe that it is not me thinking these things, I don’t receive any sympathy, or understanding. My enemies only use it against me to substantiate their hatred of me. I’ve included the following two website links to substantiate everything I’m saying. Oprah, this is a very sick, envious, controlling and arrogant individual who resents the fact that I am a strong, confident and emotionally healthy woman with a deep faith and belief in God. He was raised in a male dominant household where he learned from his father to dominate and control women. Those that don’t comply he treats disdainfully hence my ordeal.
