London Hydro has only one owner: YOU, the citizens of London.

We seek public opinion to engage city council in the collaborative vision of the people.  This collaboration will therefore be a true representation of what the citizens wish for the future of the London Hydro which belongs to them.

Submissions should be received no later than Wednesday September 3rd, 2008.
