hello all,

just thought i would drop a note about this fun activity that a group of women in the community are up to. we are excitedly heading to montreal for this lame colonialist-weekend for a pan canadian young feminist gathering.  with workshops like:

- capitalism, neoliberalism, withdrawal of the state and privatization

- hypersexualization in society

- from tolerance to defence: intersection of oppressions

- feminist photography

- feminist self-defence 

- feminization of poverty

- cheerleading for radicals

- feminist resistance theatre

- love as a social construction

- abortion

- sexism and racism: common origins, the same fight

and a ton more. wow.
