Ableton Live Introductory Workshop.

Want to master Ableton Live? In this two part series of Ableton Live workshops, I'll guide you through both introductory and advanced techniques to be used with this monster music app. Both workshops, on Nov. the 15th and now DEC. 6th [RESCHEDULED], 12-4pm, are to happen at the East Village Arts Coop on 757 Dundas street. Price: pay what you can. [All students must bring their own laptop/headphones, although an extra computer may be available.]

Here's a list of some things covered by the introductory workshop, happening Nov. 15th, 12-4pm:

• Overview of Live's interface and basic feature-set.
• Interacting with Ableton Live via midi/controllers.
• Working with audio-warping and clips.
• Slicing and how to make killer grooves.

The Advanced Workshop, is now scheduled for DEC. 6th due to popular demand.
