London Commons Decision making policies

I wasn't at the last meeting but I would like to be involved in the Organization Development comittee (group?? faction?? I don't know).

I think that one of the things we should do is develop a decision making policy.
As soon as I remember how, I will start a page on FreeWiki  that will link of the London commons article, where we can actually start working on it.

but for now.. any ideas?
anything we should be sure to incorporate?

There will be a meeting for the organizational development group this thursday (the 6th)
4:30 at the little red roaster at the central library.
