Everyone gets angry, sometimes; but it's what we do with that anger that matters. There are lots of unhealthy ways that we deal with our anger, like lashing out verbally or physically, withdrawing emotionally, or blaming others. These methods typically do not relieve the problem, and often cause new ones like increased stress, feelings of guilt, or family conflict. In this talk Erin Ross will outline alternative ways of dealing with anger that focus on identification, communication, and safely navigating tricky situations.
