This evening will explore the many ways Buddhism can contribute to the contemporary spiritual journey regardless of one's personal spiritual or religious orientation. There will be a teaching on the Eoghtfold Path and an opportunity to meditate.

Buddhism continues to flourish in North America. This evening will provide an overview of the development of Buddhism in the West and what draws people to it. There will be a teaching on the Four Noble Truths and an opportunity to meditate.
This presentation will include a discussion on the value of learning meditation from an "intercontemplative" perspective, as well as providing opportunity for participants to experience the meditative process and its potential for personal growth.

Join us for the inspirational story of Jeremy Gilley's journey to establish September 21st as an International Day of Peace. The film will be followed by a discussion and a meditation for world peace lead by Lorenna and Shantree Kacera from the Spirit of the Earth, The Living Centre & Living Arts Institute.
